Why we built CODFLIP
Cash on Delivery dominates Indian ecommerce, and Return to Origin quietly drains margin on every high-risk order that comes back undelivered. We couldn't find a tool that scored that risk, nudged the customer on WhatsApp, and updated the Shopify order automatically, so we built one for our own clients first.

What CODFLIP does
CODFLIP scores every COD order for RTO risk as it comes in, sends the highest-risk ones a targeted WhatsApp offer to pay online instead, and flips the Shopify order to prepaid automatically the moment the customer pays.
