Prepaid orders almost never come back, so every order you convert removes the forward shipping, reverse logistics, and restocking cost of a likely return.

How is pricing structured?

The Free plan is ₹0/month with 20 WhatsApp messages included per billing cycle (₹1.50 per message after that). The Pro plan is ₹1,199 per month (billed as $13.00/month in USD) with 250 messages included per billing cycle at a lower overage rate of ₹1.20 per message, plus a 7-day free trial. There is no commission or per-order fee — you pay a flat monthly price plus only for messages beyond your quota.

What happens if I use more WhatsApp messages than my plan includes?

Messages beyond your plan's quota are billed automatically through your existing Shopify account at the overage rate for your plan: ₹1.50 per message on Free, ₹1.20 per message on Pro. No separate payment method is needed, and quotas reset every 30 days.

Yes. All messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business API and is TRAI compliant and DLT registered. We help with template creation and the DLT registration process, while you remain the registered principal entity and retain full ownership of your WhatsApp Business number.

A small convenience fee can be added to full cash-on-delivery orders, while prepaid checkout stays free.
