| Term | Definition |

| COD | Cash on Delivery: the customer pays the courier at delivery instead of online |
| RTO | Return to Origin: a COD order that gets refused or undelivered, and ships back to you |
| Nudge | The WhatsApp message offering a customer a discount to switch from COD to prepaid |
| Conversion | A COD order that switched to prepaid, via a nudge or the checkout banner |
| Flip | Our own shorthand for a converted (COD to prepaid) order |
| Quiet Hours | A window during which outbound messages are held instead of sent right away |
| COGS | Cost of Goods Sold: what a product actually costs you, used in margin and discount math |
| UPI | Unified Payments Interface: the instant payment rail behind the one-tap payment links |
| Message Quota | How many WhatsApp messages are included per billing cycle before overage billing kicks in |
| Overage | A message sent beyond your plan's included quota, billed per message |
