Reports & Dashboards

Where to see what CODFlip is actually doing for your store.

In this guide

What's on the Dashboard?

FreePro

The Dashboard is the default view after setup, showing a running total of Nudges Sent, Conversions, Conversion Rate, Revenue Recovered, COD Orders, and Pending Nudges. Pro shops also see checkout-feature performance for the current month, including COD Fee revenue and Partial COD completion rate.

MetricWhat it shows
Nudges SentTotal WhatsApp messages sent, all-time
ConversionsCOD orders that switched to prepaid
Conversion RateConversions ÷ nudges sent
Revenue RecoveredTotal value of converted orders
COD OrdersTotal COD orders received
Pending NudgesMessages queued, not sent yet

For example. A store sends 400 nudges in a month and converts 92 of them. The dashboard shows a 23% conversion rate, and adds up the order value of those 92 orders as Revenue Recovered.

What is the Order Log?

FreePro

The Order Log lists every nudge CODFlip has sent, filterable by status — pending, sent, failed, or skipped — with a one-click resend on each entry. A failed status usually means the message couldn't be delivered; skipped means the order never needed a nudge in the first place.

  • failed usually means the WhatsApp message couldn't be delivered — an invalid number, the customer opted out, or an API error.
  • skipped means the order was never sent in the first place, for example because it already converted via the Checkout Banner, or landed inside Quiet Hours with no override rule.
  • Resending an entry manually uses one message from the current cycle's quota.

What is the Savings Dashboard?

Pro

The Savings Dashboard shows how much CODFlip is actually saving you: Net Savings on converted orders, Cost at Risk on orders not yet converted, and Average Cost per Order — plus a per-order table with courier, product cost, discount paid, and outcome.

MetricWhat it shows
Net SavingsReturn-risk cost avoided, minus the discount paid, on converted orders
Cost at RiskReturn-risk exposure on orders not yet converted
Avg Cost / OrderMean return-risk cost across all COD orders

For example. An order with an estimated return-risk cost of ₹210 converts after an ₹85 discount is paid out. Net Savings for that order is ₹210 − ₹85 = ₹125.
