What happens to your data if you ever pause or uninstall.

| You uninstall the app | Settings and order history are kept for 30 days and restored if you reinstall. Your subscription is canceled immediately. |
| 30 days pass with no reinstall | Customer personal data (names, phone numbers, OTP records) is permanently deleted |
| A customer asks you to delete their data | Their name, email, and phone are anonymized; their OTP records are deleted |
WhatsApp credentials are stored per merchant and are never shared across shops.
Anonymized vs. deleted: A customer deletion request clears that customer's identifying fields but keeps the order record itself for accounting. An uninstall with no reinstall within 30 days deletes the underlying personal data outright.
