Dashboard
The default view after setup — a running total of what's converting.

Pro shops also see checkout-feature performance for the current month: COD Fee revenue, Partial COD completion rate, and OTP verification rate.
For example. A store sends 400 nudges in a month and converts 92 of them. The dashboard shows a 23% conversion rate, and adds up the order value of those 92 orders as Revenue Recovered.
Order Log
A log of every nudge sent, filterable by status, with a one-click resend on each entry.
Statuses are pending, sent, failed, and skipped.
failedusually means the WhatsApp message couldn't be delivered — an invalid number, the customer opted out, or an API error.skippedmeans the order was never sent in the first place, for example because it already converted via the Checkout Banner, or landed inside Quiet Hours with no override rule.- Resending an entry manually uses one message from the current cycle's quota.
Savings Dashboard
Shows how much CODFlip is actually saving you in avoided returns, net of what you paid out in discounts.

| Cost at Risk | Return-risk exposure on orders not yet converted |
| Avg Cost / Order | Mean return-risk cost across all COD orders |
Includes a per-order table with courier, product cost, discount paid, net saving, and conversion status.
For example. An order with an estimated return-risk cost of ₹210 converts after an ₹85 discount is paid out. Net Savings for that order is ₹210 − ₹85 = ₹125.
